Orders

Please review your order carefully before checking out, including the length, color, texture, and style of your wig.

Once an order has started processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a payment issue, pricing error, inventory issue, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, you will receive a refund.

Products

We do our best to show our wigs as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colors may look slightly different because of lighting or your screen.

Human hair may also have slight differences from wig to wig.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Shipping

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

ZEELUXE accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
