Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us.

To be eligible, the wig must be returned in the same condition you received it. It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. The lace cannot be cut, and the hair cannot be washed, colored, installed, or altered in any way.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The wig must be returned in the same condition it was received. Once we receive and inspect the wig, we’ll process your exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
